1. Processing Time

   • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

   • Orders placed after 5pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

   • We offer the following shipping options:

     • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) -

       • 0-1lbs $8

       • 1-2lbs $12

       • 2lbs - up $15

       • Free Shipping When you spend $100+

3. Domestic Shipping

   • Shipping is provided to all fifty (50) states.

   • Free shipping is available for orders over $100, if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package with the carrier.

5. Delivery Times

   • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

   • If your package is delayed or has not arrived, please contact us at support@herprime.co with your order number.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

   • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
