No Return / No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products or services once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products/services, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including unused products, unused services, or canceled orders after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Unlikely, however, If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within one (1) day of delivery at service@herprime.co. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or resolution. Refunds will not be provided.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has begun.
